Verify a Certificate

Enter the verification code printed on the certificate to confirm it was really issued by us.

The code appears under the certificate title and in the student portal, e.g. SDGC-KP7X3M.

How verification works

  • Every certificate we issue carries a unique code — SDGC- followed by six characters.
  • Type the code here and we confirm the graduate's name, the certificate title and the date it was issued.
  • A certificate opens for public verification once the school has settled its certificate fee — until then it reports "not available yet".
  • This page is public: no account or login is needed, so an employer or school can check it anytime.
  • If a certificate shows revoked, it was withdrawn by the school and is no longer valid.

Return & Refund Policy

What can be returned, what cannot, and how to ask.

⚠️ The rule that matters most

Once a PIN is delivered to you, it cannot be returned and it cannot be refunded. This applies to every scratch card / result-checker PIN sold by SAMMY D. GLOBAL COMPUTER LIMITED, whether you bought it in the office, paid by bank transfer, or paid online with your card. A PIN is a one-time secret: the moment you can read it, its value has passed to you and it cannot be resold or reused.

1. Scratch cards & result-checker PINs

WhenWhat you can do
Before the PIN is delivered You may cancel the order and ask for your money back in full. Nothing has been handed over yet.
After the PIN is delivered No return and no refund. The order is final.
If the PIN is faulty
(already used, or rejected by the exam body's website)		 This is not a return — it is a fault. Bring the card and your Transaction ID to the office within 7 days of purchase. We will verify it with the exam body and replace the card once the fault is confirmed.

A card whose PIN has been scratched, exposed or shared is treated as delivered, even if you have not used it yet.

2. Training, course & apprenticeship payments

This covers the fees an applicant or apprentice pays to enrol — whether paid in full or as the 70% first instalment.

Before training starts Write to the office to withdraw. Your fee is refunded less the registration and materials already committed to your place. Tell us as early as you can — the nearer the start date, the more of your place has already been paid for.
After training has started Fees are not refundable. Training places are limited and your place was held for you. Exceptions are at the discretion of management — for example long illness, supported by a medical report — and are usually settled as a credit towards a later intake rather than cash.
An apprentice who leaves early As stated in the rules you agreed to at registration, an apprentice who leaves before the end of their training forfeits their deposit.

3. Work-station bookings

A booking reserves a computer and a seat for a fixed period, so it is much like a ticket:

  • More than 24 hours before the booked period starts — cancel and we refund you in full, or move the booking to another day at no cost.
  • Within 24 hours of the booked period — the seat was held and could not be resold, so the payment is not refundable. You may move the booking once, subject to space.
  • Add-ons (office system, office networking) follow the booking they were bought with.
  • If we cancel — no power, no network, or the seat is not available — you are refunded in full, or moved to a time that suits you.

4. Wallet credit & other documents

  • Money loaded into a student wallet is credit for school services, not a cash deposit. It is not refundable as cash and is not transferable to another person. It stays on your account and can be spent on courses, documents and cards.
  • Fees for documents that have already been printed or issued (certificate, ID card, handout) are not refundable.
  • A document that has been paid for but not yet issued can be refunded on request.

5. How to request a refund or report a fault

  1. Find your Transaction ID (it looks like SDG-ABC123-XY4Z). It is on your receipt, in your portal, or on the Track Transaction page.
  2. Contact the office — visit us, or use the Contact page and put the Transaction ID in the "Transaction ID" field. +234 807 903 3913 · sammydcoment@outlook.com
  3. Tell us what happened and attach any evidence (a photo of a faulty card, a medical report, a screenshot of the error).
  4. We will look into it and reply. Approved refunds are paid back the same way you paid — to your card for online payments, by bank transfer otherwise — within 7–14 working days.

This policy is applied together with the rules and regulations you accept when you register, and does not remove any right you have under Nigerian consumer law.
